When adding or editing your records, all first letters in every field go to uppercase. If the company field is blank then it skips to the address 1 field. The same goes for address 1 field. If that field is blank, the cursor goes to the email field.
When you edit a field in the personal table and change to business table, if that person's name exists in both tables, will move to that name in the new table.
The keypad is an easy and fast way to access your records simply by pressing a letter on the keypad. This will move to the first record starting with that letter and every subsequent press of the key will move to the next record starting with that letter until no match is found.
Move to next, previous, first or last record by the press of a button. Record numbering keeps track of record position and total records in the database.
